Apostolic Administrator for Catholics of the Byzantine Rite in Kazakhstan and Central Asia
He was born on December 11, 1972, in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine.
From 1990 to 1996, he studied at the Catholic University of Lublin in Poland. On March 2, 1997, he was ordained to the priesthood in Lviv. From April 3, 1997, to 2021, he served as parish priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Karaganda. On June 1, 2019, Pope Francis appointed him Apostolic Administrator for Catholics of the Byzantine Rite in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
He is incardinated in the Lviv Archeparchy.

Parish Priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Karaganda
He was born on November 17, 1983, in the village of Kotsiubyntsi, Husiatyn District, Ternopil Region, Ukraine.
From 2005 to 2012, he studied at an international seminary in Italy. On June 30, 2012, he was ordained to the priesthood. From 2013 to 2017, he served as parish priest of the Greek Catholic parish in Omsk, Russia. From 2017 to 2019, he served in Zakarpattia, Ukraine. Since 2019, he has served as vicar priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Karaganda. Since 2021, he has been parish priest of the Parish of the Protection of the Most Holy Mother of God in Karaganda.

He was born on May 17, 1979, in the village of Nadrychne, Berezhany District, Ternopil Region, Ukraine.

He is married and has two children. From 2012 to 2017, he served as parish priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of the Holy Prophet Elijah in Satpayev. Since 2017, he has been parish priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of Blessed Hieromartyr Oleksiy Zarytsky in Almaty.

He was born on September 10, 1978, in the village of Hvizd, Nadvirna District, Ivano-Frankivsk Region, Ukraine.

Parish Priest of the Greek Catholic Parish of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in Shiderty, Ekibastuz
He was born on December 12, 1991, in Karaganda, Kazakhstan.
From 2012 to 2020, he studied at St. Tikhon’s Theological University. From 2021 to 2023, he studied at the Collegium Orientale in Eichstätt, Germany. From 2023 to 2024, he carried out research work at the Pontifical Oriental Institute in Rome, Italy, and also served as a reader at the Pontifical Russian College, the Russicum. On August 15, 2024, he was ordained to the diaconate. On August 15, 2025, he was ordained to the priesthood.
Since September 1, 2025, he has served as parish priest of the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Mother of God in the village of Shiderty.
He is a member of the Institute of the Missionaries of the Holy Cross.
